Overview

Nikon ECLIPSE Ei Binocular Set
The Nikon ECLIPSE Ei Binocular Set is a compact, lightweight upright microscope designed primarily for educational settings. Its intuitive interface features clear color-coded controls and visual guides, making it especially accessible for students new to microscopy. Built for portability, the Ei’s body is around 30% lighter than earlier halogen models, with integrated cable management and a rotatable tube to simplify storage. Optical performance is driven by Nikon’s CFI Infinity system and long-life white LED illumination, which, together with a fly-eye lens, ensures uniformly bright illumination and minimal heat. Dual-sided coarse and fine focus knobs provide ergonomic operation, and a vertical stopper prevents over-focusing, protecting slides and objectives. Overall, this microscope bridges ease of use with strong imaging quality, making it ideal for classroom discovery and routine lab work.

Nikon ECLIPSE Ei Trinocular Set
The Nikon ECLIPSE Ei Trinocular Set retains all the user‑friendly design and optical strengths of the binocular version but adds a dedicated camera port for digital imaging. The trinocular head includes a built-in 0.55× relay lens, enabling real-time image sharing or capture without disrupting eyepiece viewing. This makes the Ei Trinocular especially suited for teaching labs, documentation of student observations, or remote learning applications. Like its binocular counterpart, it features a durable yet lightweight body, intuitive controls, and uniform LED illumination — now paired with imaging flexibility.
