Product Information

Spinning Disk Confocal Revolutionising The Visualization Of Biologic Sample All At Once

Product Description

Ultra-large field of view (FOV) up to 25 mm

The first confocal system with a 25 mm FOV on single and dual cameras. The ultra-large FOV allows the capture of more data or a full organism in a single frame and reduces the number of tiles necessary to cover very large specimens, speeding up research discoveries.

HeLa cells stained with DAPI for DNA (blue), tubulin (green), mitochondria (orange), nucleoli (red). The traditional Spinning Disk (SD) confocal FOV (18
mm) is shown (white dotted box) compared with the large (25 mm) X-Light V3 FOV (yellow box). 60x Oil, NA 1.42.
